Nepal–U.S. Alumni Network (NUSAN) is a network of U.S. exchange and graduate alumni committed to bringing ideas, leadership, and innovation together to create a positive impact in society. As we continue expanding our operations, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Officer to join our team. As a Project Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of NUSAN's projects and programs. You will work closely with the Executive Committee, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed effectively and meet the highest quality standards. Qualifications<ol><li data-list="bullet">Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (required).</li><li data-list="bullet">Strong analytical and writing skills in English.</li><li data-list="bullet">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li data-list="bullet">Proficiency in data management and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).</li><li data-list="bullet">Good understanding of government structures and how public institutions function in Nepal.</li><li data-list="bullet">Strong research, documentation, and reporting skills.</li><li data-list="bullet">Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li data-list="bullet">Experience in project coordination or a related role is an advantage.</li></ol> Responsibilities<ol><li data-list="bullet">Support the Executive Committee in planning, organizing, and executing NUSAN projects from initiation to completion.</li><li data-list="bullet">Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including work plans, timelines, progress reports, and meeting minutes.</li><li data-list="bullet">Collect, manage, and analyze project-related data to support decision-making and reporting.</li><li data-list="bullet">Liaise with government offices, partner organizations, and other stakeholders as required for project implementation.</li><li data-list="bullet">Facilitate effective communication across project teams and ensure all stakeholders are regularly updated on progress, milestones, and issues.</li><li data-list="bullet">Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action points.</li><li data-list="bullet">Engage with NUSAN's network of alumni and provide updates on programs and activities as needed.</li><li data-list="bullet">Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes, documentation standards, and organizational systems.</li></ol> Location<a href="https://maps.app.goo.gl/2mc4knAUfA7rsJDa9" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">NUSAN Secretariat Office</a>, Kalopul, Kathmandu.
